hi-
using Matthew Orgass' and Jun Ebihara's advice we were able to
successfully boot a hpcmips kernel on the Casio E-100 using serial
console (boot output from serial line at end of msg).
without the serial console we got some strange stuff scrolling on the
left side of the display, so we haven't figured out the correct settings
for the display yet. maybe we have the wrong "type" (tried BIFB_D2_M2L_3,
but i'm not sure exactly what that means)?

I couldn't find an E-500 setting in the pbsdboot.exe menu?
is there anything that can be done about finding the PCIC device
on this system?
