MP-C303 support is broken

いつからかわかりませんが、MP-C303でUSBのコントローラが動作しなくなってし
まっているようです。

12月16日の-currentのソースで作ったカーネルでは、こんな具合になります。
デバッグしてくれる人募集中です:-)
