いいえ，こちらこそアドバイス頂いてありがとうございます．
とりあえず起動すると分かっただけでも助かりました．

きょう，会社にあるPowerMac G3(Blue/White)のUSBキーボードを
つなげて，md立ち上げでdmesgの出力を吸い上げました．
PBG4で動くこと自体は既に確認されていると思いますので，あまり
意味はないかもしれませんが，いちおうログを付けておきます．

で，そのログを見たらADBキーボードも認識されていました．すみません．

今週末にPS/2 - USB変換アダプタでも買ってきて，とりあえず
外付けキーボードでいいのでインストールして動かし始めようかと
思っています．
