いろいろやってみました。まだ 1.5.1 で使えるか確認できてないですが...
とりあえず CF-100TX は使えるというのが結論なのですが、以下長文。

--準備--
ハードウェア: Telios HC-VJ1C, FNW-3600-T, CF-100TX

--実験 1--
OS: WindowsCE 2.11
状況: ハードリセット後 (ドライバなし)
操作: FNW-3600-T 挿入 -> IP アドレス設定 -> ケーブル挿入 (10BASE-T/Half)
結果: リンクアップすると以後カードを抜くまで OS フリーズ ;)

備考: MobileGearII for DoCoMo でも同じ現象だったような
      カードいけてない ?

--実験 2--
OS: WindowsCE 2.11
状況: ハードリセット後 (ドライバなし)
操作: CF-100TX 挿入 -> IP アドレス設定 -> ケーブル挿入 (10BASE-T/Half)
結果: リンクアップし Tx Rx ランプ共にそれっぽく点滅するも通信不可

備考: PLANEX 製のドライバ入れてない

考察: 素の WinCE 2.11 (HPC Pro) でそのまま DL100xx 使うのはいけてない
      らしい
      赤外線 / シリアル / PCMCIA / CF などなど活用しましょう

--実験 3--
OS: NetBSD-1.5.1
  ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.5.1/hpcmips/binary/kernel/netbsd.TX3922.gz
状況: 今日の hpcboot.exe で起動
操作: なにもできず

結果: 黒地に黒文字のカーネルメッセージは、読めません ;)

備考: カーネルほげって文字読めるようにしましょう...

--実験 4--
OS: NetBSD-current (1.5U)
  ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/hpcmips/snapshot/20010422/installation/netbsd.TX392

状況: 今日の hpcboot.exe で起動
操作: hpcboot -> カード 2 枚とも :) 挿入 -> ケーブル挿入 (10BASE-T/Half)

結果: 1 度目、カードなしで起動したら /sbin/init あたりで TLB miss...
      2 度目、カード 2 枚とも挿入して無事起動

備考: 両方共 FNW-3600-T として認識され、 ping, ftp 成功
      両カード共 ping の応答時間が 0.002ms 位なのがちょっと謎

考察: 100BASE-TX x2 なルータ (?) まであとわずか、環境そろえて実験だ :)
