だとどこにもマッチしないとおかしなことになるので、

  drop " default をここに" 0
endcase

endcase のあとにスタックにゴミが残ってもよければ drop は不要です。
最後の 0 はダミー。

んー、eval を of 〜 endof の中に入れたほうが簡単かも。:-)
