(mout_ffs) proc: table is full - increase kern.maxproc or NPROC

2001/07/02 辺りから作ったものを
StarMax 3000/180 32M or 48M などに入れると、
32M の時

となってしまうのですが、何が悪いのでしょうか。
2001/06/02 で作ったものを入れても同じような気がします。

別の StarMax 3000/200 では動いていた気がするのですが。

そう言えば sysinst は (いろいろ事情があり*1 ) 1.5.1/boot.fs 
を使い、区画は予め切っておいて、/etc/fstab だけ書いておき、
Upgrade を選んで入れています。

・floppy を新しく作るのは面倒
・自分で新しく作った CDROM は隣の IDE1 に入れるのに問題
  がある。
・netboot は出来ない
とか、いろいろくだらない理由です。
